DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Both Air France-KLM (3112.FR) and Deutsche Lufthansa AG (LHA.XE) are willing to each buy a 15% stake in cash-strapped Italian airline Alitalia SpA (AZA.MI), Corriere della Sera reported in its Internet edition Friday, without citing any source. Alitalia's government-appointed bankruptcy commissioner had said Wednesday that the company received one bid for its entire transport activities, and other expressions of interest for separate assets. Corriere on Friday quoted commissioner Augusto Fantozzi as saying that if Alitalia's likely buyer, Compagnia Aerea Italiana, will start running the airline on Nov. 1, a binding offer should be submitted by Oct. 15 and a final bid submitted by Oct. 20.
