Atos Origin signs new contract with KPN
Increasing effectiveness and reducing costs of IT infrastructure
Utrecht, 10 March 2008 - Atos Origin, an international IT services company, has signed a new 3 year contract with KPN to be the System Integrator for Enterprise Application Integration and Delivery Orchestration. Atos Origin will help KPN integrate its new simplified IT infrastructure and manages the delivery of KPN's product portfolio. The significant contract underlines KPN's 'Back to Growth' strategy for 2008-2010 in which innovation of the IT infrastructure is one key element.
This new contract further extends the longstanding relationship between Atos Origin and KPN that dates back to 2001 and under which Atos Origin is delivering datacenter, end user, system integration, consultancy and application maintenance services for KPN in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
