Iliad Finalizes Buy Of Telecom Italia's Alice For EUR775 Million

PARIS -(Dow Jones)- French broadband provider Iliad SA (403591.FR) said Tuesday it has finalized the acquisition of Alice France, the broadband operations of Telecom Italia SpA (TI) for EUR775 million. Iliad said in a statement it paid EUR775 million for the acquisition based on an entreprise value of EUR800 million. Iliad added the price paid for the acquisition of 100% of LibertySurf Group SAS, which operates as an internet access provider in France marketed under the brand Alice, could be adjusted down.
