DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ANNUAL AND SPECIAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2008
Lyon, France, August 20, 2008 - The annual and special meeting of shareholders of Infogrames Entertainment will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Méridien Montparnasse hotel, 19 rue du commandant Mouchotte, 75014 Paris.
A notice of meeting including a presentation of the resolutions before the shareholders' meeting will be sent to registered shareholders and made available to financial intermediaries with which bearer shares are deposited. This notice was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on August 20, 2008.
The meeting notice and the 2007-2008 annual report and proxy statement are available on the Company's website, www.infogrames.com. The documents and information related to this Shareholders' Meeting may be consulted by shareholders under the conditions according to the regulation in force.
