Paris, 19 August 2008. On 21 July 2008, the Generix SA Supervisory Board appointed Jean-Philippe Gallant as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Jean-Philippe Gallant, formerly the Vice Chairman, replaces Mael Barraud who has stepped down as Chairman but remains on the Board; Gérard Claverie is the new Vice Chairman.
On the same day, the Supervisory Board appointed Virginie Meleux, Didier Bonjour, and Alain Levy to the Executive Board. They will join Jean-Charles Deconninck, Chairman, Philippe Seguin, and Gérard Verin, bringing the total number of Executive Board members to six. Corine Lemeunier has resigned from the Executive Board.
