Gammon Infrastructure To Build Bridge In Andhra Pradesh State

MUMBAI -(Dow Jones)- India's Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd. (532959.BY) Friday said it has received approval from the government of the southern state of Andhra Pradesh to build a bridge across the Godavari river. The project is estimated to cost a total INR8 billion, and Gammon Infrastructure will receive a total grant of INR2.08 billion from the state and federal government during the construction and operation period, the company said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The project has a concession period of 25 years, including a construction period of three years.
