TOKYO -(Dow Jones)- Interspace Co. (2122.TO), a Japanese online advertising service company, has received approval to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Mothers market on Sept. 19, the Tokyo bourse said Tuesday. The company will offer 3,000 shares to the public in its initial public offering. Of those, 2,500 are newly issued shares and 500 are shares currently held in private. The company will conduct a book-building for the IPO shares from Aug. 30 to Sept. 5. The fixed offering price will be announced Sept. 6. Shinko Securities is the lead underwriter of the offer. The company will offer all the shares through the book-building method. Under that method, the underwriter gauges the degree of demand for the shares among institutional investors by accepting orders from fund managers, who indicate the number of shares desired and the price they are willing to pay. The company expects to net Y1.27 billion from the IPO. For the current fiscal year through September, the company forecasts a parent pretax profit of Y202 million, a net profit of Y147 million, revenue of Y3.11 billion and an earnings per share of Y9,183.53. Last fiscal year, the company posted a parent pretax profit of Y93 million, a net profit of Y89 million and revenue of Y1.46 billion. -Tokyo Bureau, Dow Jones Newswires; 813-5255-2929 |
