The agreement ends a dispute that began on Sept. 8 between the company and its more than 1,500 flight attendants, represented by the flight attendants union ASSA, Aeromexico said in a press release.
"The issues that motivated the strike threat are resolved through this agreement," Aeromexico said, adding that the agreement provides the company with "greater operating flexibility and important savings."
The airline said the agreement includes a new category of labor conditions for new flight attendants, among other conditions.
A dispute between ASSA and Mexico's other main carrier, Mexicana de Aviacion, is working its way through the court system.
