Earlier this week, Devoteam received the Prize of Excellence at the Midcap awards (Trophées Midcaps), organized by Ernst & Young, NYSE Euronext, MiddleNext and Oddo Midcap.

The Prize of Excellence is awarded to the company who accumulated the highest overall score in the three prize categories: Economic Performance, Financial Risk Management and Corporate Governance.

Competing for the awards were the 162 companies listed on Euronext with market capitalization between E50 million and 1E billion.

The prize rewards Devoteam for its performance in terms of growth and profitability as well as governance and risk management.

The prize was presented to Stanislas and Godefroy de Bentzmann, Devoteam's Co-Presidents and founders, by the evening's honorary guest, Mr. Patrick Ricard, Chairman of the Board of Pernod-Ricard.

Philippe Oddo, Managing Partner and Director of Oddo et Cie, who advised Devoteam for its IPO in 1999, declared that "this award recognizes two entrepreneurs and their teams who built an international corporation in just 13 years thanks to their continuous development strategy".
