Fujifilm Medical Systems USA Acquires Empiric Systems LLC
Fujifilm Medical Systems USA said Saturday it acquired Empiric Systems LLC, making Empiric a wholly owned subsidiary.
The terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
Fujifilm, based in Stamford, Conn., is a provider of diagnostic imaging products. Empiric, based in Morrisville, N.C., is an information systems vendor.
