Nestle Executive Board Member Castener Retires; Duvoisin Named To Board
MAIN FACTS:
- Castaner, Executive Vice President, in charge of Human Resources, Centre Administration, Pharmaceutical and the liasion with L'Oreal (OR.FR), will retire Dec. 31, 2009, after 45 years with Nestle.
- Duvoisin appointed to the executive board as Deputy Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Centre Administration, as of Jan. 1, 2010. Duvoisin, born in 1959, joined Nestle in 1986. He is a Swiss and an Italian citizen.
