In a disclosure statement, the company said its supervisory board had accepted Sowa's resignation. Deputy CEO Piotr Niemczycki will assume Sowa's duties as acting chief executive until a general shareholders meeting can be held.
According to the statement, the management change will not affect the company's business strategy.
