The trip is a reaction to the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip.
In an interview with Senegal's RTS state television, the president said he had "longstanding invitations" from Israel and the Palestinian authorities.
It was not immediately clear when Wade would make the trip and who he would meet.
"I have decided to plan a trip to the Middle East, a trip that will take me to Amman to have talks with the king (of Jordan) and explain my intentions to him," Wade told RTS, according to the APS Senegalese news agency.
Wade added that he also wanted to visit Cairo, Israel and Gaza.
He has tried to mediate in the conflict before. Senegal, a predominantly Muslim country, has good diplomatic with both Israel and the Palestinians.
