Toll Holdings To Create 3 New Divisions, CFO To Retire
Under the restructure, Shane O'Neill will head the Global Express division, Paul Ebsworth will manage the Domestic Forwarding division and Mal Grimmond will front the Specialised & Domestic Freight division.
All three are existing Toll executives.
The company also said Chief Operating Officer John Ludeke will retire from Toll after the end of its June 2010 financial year.
