Toshiba To Temporarily Halt Japan Semiconductor Output - NHK
The national broadcaster said that the Japanese electronics maker planned to stop output from Dec. 27 to Jan. 9 at its operations in Mie prefecture and in Oita prefecture.
The move would be the first time in about seven years that a stoppage of this nature has occurred, NHK said.
