Toyota To Expand Japan Output Suspension In Feb, Mar - NHK
The national broadcaster said that next month Toyota will halt output for four weekdays and two days during a weekend. In March, the Japanese auto maker will also suspend production for three weekdays as well as two days during a weekend.
NHK also noted that continuing stagnation in sales could lengthen the period of production cuts, raising concern about the impact on parts suppliers and other related industries.
